She is a wonderful five star seller - friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in her reply messages. This has been a fantastic buying experience...my item was carefully and securely padded and wrapped inside the original boot box and then placed inside of a larger box, to preclude crushing during transport.
