There was a slight delay in shipping (nothing too crazy long or anything and I wasn't upset, life happens sometimes), but the seller was very sweet and really went out of her way to make it up with a fun surprise! The packaging was great and the Toms shoes are just in absolutely AMAZING condition and are exactly as described! I am very satisfied with my purchase and would HIGHLY recommend shopping from here!
