Pre-loved is often used as a general descriptor but was perfectly accurate for this bag. Minor flaws & all this purse was in wonderful condition & you can tell the previous owner took care of her :) Seller was kind, responsive, & prompt! Left the sweetest note, I’m honored to be the next owner!
