I really appreciate rubysdeals' willingness to work with me when my order arrived with a very strong odor. She hadn't been aware of anything when packing but it penetrated everything inside the box during the very long transit time. I really appreciate her offer to make things right to my satisfaction. Thankfully I was eventually able to get rid of the stench!
