When I got the box I saw the sticker that was on it purchase made my day or something and I hope it made yours yes it made my day love little notes like that anything that can brighten someone's day. The hat was packaged very nice that's the way you send a hat with paper behind it and anime sealable bag and the price was just something you couldn't beat. The hat was new which I like. This is one heck of a seller if I could give her a thousand stars I would very nice to deal with if you ever gets any more of these Duquesne items I will buy from her again God bless and have a great day
