Bottom of the box was halfway open upon delivery. It was shipped in a reused Amazon box (which is fine) but I would make sure additional tape is added next time. In regards to the item, it’s in good condition, but a wash before shipping would’ve been nice (some areas of the fleece are dirty/crusty).
