There was a shipping issue, but I reached out to the seller, and it was resolved really quickly. The dress came in exactly as described; it is very beautiful. It fits well as well. (It was shipped by seller two days after I bought it, but it did not have tracking information until five days after I bought it. When it gained the tracking information, it said shipping label was created five days ago, but USPS was not in possession of the item until that day. I do not know what caused the issue.) It was packaged well, and it arrived in excellent condition. It was new with tags, and it arrived with tags. So, that is always good!
