She is a wonderful five star seller, and her shop is incredible. She is friendly and knowledgeable and is consistently patient, prompt, helpful and thorough in all of her reply messages. This has been a fantastic buying experience...my item was carefully and securely wrapped and then placed inside a large box, to preclude crushing during transport.
