The bag came thoughtfully wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped in a box. It still looks brand new and I am looking forward to using this bag everyday. My only concern is that it gives off a smell that is rather much. It’s not stinky but like similar to it having too much cologne or perfume or something. I am still having to find ways to rid of the smell as I have a sensitive nose
