This was my first time buying off of Poshmark, and the seller has the best communication ever that help ease my nerves. No the backpack was pre-owned, which is fine because I am aware of my purchase when I looked into. But I have to say, the seller took very great care of it. It still looks brand freaking new! I love it so much and thank you for making my first experience forever grateful. 😇

While the order was delayed, I do not feel it was an issue with the seller. The purse is in good shape, no add'l marks, outside of the points indicated (that front smudge did come out with a scrub of leather cleaner/conditioner). I was surprised the color is more orange than yellow; I was hoping it was similar to French's mustard yellow like the photos showed. Color can be subjective tho. The size and quality of the purse is fine and I can live with the color so all is well!
