This necklace chain came lose from the jewelry clip the third day after I received it. I set it aside to possibly try to fix it myself but want to see if I can exchange for a different necklace or have you repair it? I think the weight of the lock is just too much for the chain? I can seem to understand how it came lose as nothing is “broken”. The chain just came unattached from where it connected to the larger chain pieces to adjust the size.
