The packaging was incredible and there was absolutely no way that the product would have gotten damaged regardless of how roughly it was handled. Probably the best packaging I've gotten. The little goodies and thank you card was a cute little touch as well. She was also very reasonable and easy to negotiate a price with. She also got it shipped out very quickly. Overall, 10/10.
