One of the best Poshmark experiences ever! Although seller was new to Poshmark, she did a great job of communicating. She answered questions when asked, posted additional photos when asked and was quick to respond. The bag was exactly as described. Brand new w/receipt, lock & keys, luggage tag, padded shoulder strap, etc. Perfect condition. Accidentally seller forgot to include the handle "belt" when she shipped bag, but immediately agreed to ship it out the next day when she realized that she forgot to include it in the original package.
