AWESOME PURCHASE!!! I wasn't sure what you meant by the comment "I could either wear it as a dress or a skirt", but now I am perfectly aware of exactly what you meant. I think that I'm going to be wearing it as a skirt for starters, I love the way the waist will "fold down", it really gives my belly an "instant tuck" of at least an inch or two, haha!
