The item arrives super fast and was very clean. Unfortunately there were some snags on the satin that hadn’t been noted. Shelby reached out immediately and apologize profusely. She wanted to make things right. I don’t think not drawing attention to the damage was intentional at all. She is extremely honest and values her customers. It would be unfair to rate her anything lower than 5 stars. Mistakes and oversights happen sometimes. It’s how they are handled afterwards that shows true customer care.
