The item was in brand new condition and arrived very fast. Seller also stuffed the box with beautiful tissue papers and then the product was wrapped in bubble wrap for extra safety. The seller also enclosed some sample beauty items which I so appreciate. Lastly, I bought this specific item because the formula had changed on the new version of this, and this seller was the only person who posted the backside (ingredients) of the item so that was extremely appealing and much appreciated. 10/10!!!
