I got this necklace as a gift 7-8 years ago and I was heart broken when it finally broke. I had to get a new one. This was in perfect condition, looked brand new, especially compared to my old broken one. The box looked a little worn out, but I honestly didn't really care about that. It didn't have any effect on the product itself.
