The earrings themselves are genuine Les Nereides and they are really beautiful. However, they could have been packaged much better than they were. They arrived rattling around in a 4x7x11 inch box with one piece of packing paper, and a small empty cardboard jewelry box with a little cotton stuffed in it. The tiny box was not otherwise wrapped in anything to prevent the earrings from falling out and rattling around in the bigger box for 3000 miles, which they did. I am grateful they weren't broken or scratched.
