Sorry this is late. I have chronic health issues, unfortunately. I loved everything and I appreciate the super fast shipping and carefully packaging of each item. I now know why that box was so heavy. That book. haha! I can't eat gluten, or alot of grain so grateful for that book. Wonderful seller. Thank you! xo
