Start to finish, everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Not only did she promptly ship my item, but it got to me lighting-fast (thanks USPS;) She also included a personal thank you note with it. That little touch meant a lot to me and made the experience even more special. I’m thrilled with the hat. It’s exactly as described and pictured in the listing, if not even better. If I could give her 10 stars I totally would!! Not only was the packaging super cute and kept the bag well protected but she included a sweet little note to go with it! Kinda sad Mick Mars wasn’t in my bag but I’ll live 🥰 Theatre of Pain 🎭is an underratedly amazing album! Gonna show off my purse to all my friends!
