Both the plate and the cup are lovely. Despite being very well packaged the plate was broken during transport. I've accepted the order in full as the fault does not lie with the seller. In fact, she's a pleasure to deal with. Items also arrived promptly. I believe Poshmark oversees all the shipping details. They should be seeking restitution via Canada Post not the seller or the buyer. I certainly am hoping that Poshmark ensures it has all their users covered when an incident like this happens by providing 'insured' delivery via Canada Post.
