Miss Sophia was exceptional and made the purchasing exchange a truly great experience. She was professional, kind, answered any questions I had promptly and respectfully. She shipped the purse on a Monday and I received it before the end of the week. On top of that, the LV purse is absolutely gorgeous. Most second-hand purses and bags may look perfect on the outside but on the inside is filled with stains, etc. but this girl is immaculate on the inside and outside! Thank you so much, Sophia!
