I had originally given you a 4 star rating because of the cleanliness of the item but now that I have it in hand, and I went back a re-read your description, that doesn't feel fair. the one thing I might recommend for the future is to mention what the stain actually is - I probably wouldn't have purchased it but while I definitely looked at all the photo's prior to purchase, the stain wasn't described and so I thought it was just a little dirt. Would have been helpful to say it was a pen mark, it looks like you tried to clean it (based on rub marks you can't see in the photos) and where it was located.
