Seller was super friendly and very responsive. Seller noticed before shipping out my purchase, a very tiny accessory was missing (the water bottle). She reached out immediately to let me know and asked if it was a problem. I had no issues with it missing and am over the moon with my Julia doll!!! She is lovely!!! This is my most special posh purchase. I would give more stars if I could. The little thank you gift of clothes!!!! So over and above. I LOVE this little doll. My original was lost in a move in the 70’s. Never forgot ! I always loved my dolls. Now my Grandaughter loves hers much the same. This one is MINE! ♥️
