the seller was extremely helpful and "very patient" with helping me navigate using the "offer system" and was really kind about it. I still do not quite understand things around here, but im learning slowly! I researched on a PM blog how to give "love notes" and from what i gathered, this IS a love note? Well i hope so! The boots fit with an insole and surprisingly stayed up over the knee with jeans, kept my skinny stick legs warm yesterday ;P so thanks for the transaction and purchase <3
