Review Update: ✨✨✨ GREAT communication from seller; honest mistake (she only tried to use them a couple of times & never really with success; wasn’t aware of issues) & worked this out even though the shipment was past the 3 day mark for returns. Recommended! Thanks lady 💛 ______________________ Old review: It seems these were damaged, or something was wrong with them before purchase. Anyway, the ear pieces jiggled loosely in the case on arrival, which I didn’t think much of (but also why I didn’t leave an initial comment on my review, as I hadn’t tried them out yet), until they started malfunctioning while in use once I tried them out (randomly stopping play if I yawn; continuing play after removal from ears, etc.; this is *not* normal for Apple AirPods). - Only used them twice (& never dropped or damaged them myself). At first I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I checked all settings, etc., but everything looked fine. I’ve since had to purchase another pair, which are thankfully working beautifully (like my originals purchased from Apple before my dog ate them). Unsure what the story was here, but there seemed to be more to it than was told. Pretty disappointed. Probably won’t be of much use. Bummer, this is the first negative comment/rating I’ve ever left. Uncertain what else to do at this point.
