Shipping took much longer than expected. Was supposed to arrive December 15-17 and arrived after Christmas, but not the shippers fault. The heel of both boots fell apart and can hopefully be repaired. I noticed this when using them on the mountain and couldn’t click in on my bindings. The glue on the bottom I guess lost it’s adhesion. the strap that was repaired broke when tightened. Otherwise the boots looked nice and were warm and fit but really unusable probably due to the age and not being used. The seller was excellent with communication and updates and the item was packaged well.
