UPDATE:The seller's customer service follow-up was terrific and unexpected, wish I can figure out how to fix and wear, they are so cute.. Apparently, leather doesn't last forever, though it was longer than the cow.:) ORIG.The insoles started deconstructing and crumbling layer by layer at toe backwards to heel . I now have black covered feet, black smears on floor, all from 15 minutes at home. Now, have to buy/install new insoles to fit. Bah humbug
