I received a message from the seller about my shoes being shipped off to me when they had been put in the mail. They arrived in inappropriate size box that I believe that maybe I might be getting the Coach box to go along with it! I was just pleased as pie when I discovered that the shoes were exactly as they were listed. Clean and never been used. I'm very happy about my purchase.
