The seller included some info in the description about the hardware being tarnished or discolored. I cannot find any evidence of tarnishing. There are some absolutely MINUTE scratches which would appear as soon as someone used it once. Beautiful! I can't wait to give this to my sister for a belated Xmas gift. :)
