Thank for taking care of this Mommy & baby. I promise to care for them as their journey with me begins. I began my collection the year our son lost his battle with brain cancer. After surviving a rare form of leukaemia as a 3 y/o toddler (1978). To my surprise, he was diagnosed with a fierce brain tumor 40 years later. This was a complication of the immense amount of radiation he was given when fighting for his life at 3 y/o. He is the bravest toddler/adult I ever met in my 40 years as an RN/MPH. It’s been so very difficult but as I collect these little figurines, they comfort me by symbolizing the story of our family & the happy events of our journey together. This figurine is Mommy holding my Marc while at UCLA circa 1978. MY LOVE FOR YOU IS ALWAYS & FOREVER SON. I carry you in my ♥️♾️
