As described. cute little breast collar a little bit big for my mini but I can make it work, if I punch a hole or two in it and I think by adding a little strap over the neck it’ll work just perfectly-or if i put two longer straps on it I can turn it into a pulling collar-I haven’t decided either way it’ll work. My little mini has a very narrow chest.😂 Thank you.
