Arrived quickly and was in perfect condition - sealed, brand new, all accessories included (hose, pollen filter, regular filter, carrying case). I was able to use it right away - only needed to use my own mask and nose cushion, which I already had. I'm thrilled with this purchase! And cherry on top - my FSA reimbursed me immediately using my Poshmark receipt.
