First and foremost I would like to sincerely apologize for taking this long to do this review. Not my intentions at all. My experience with the seller was one of a kind. I say this because not only does she know how to communicate with a customer but she has compassion and feeling for customers, at least she did in my case. I'd like to share an example. I put in an offer that I felt I could afford and she declined it and I expressed to her that I wanted to make the sale work I was just trying to figure out what I could afford at the time. And she proceeded to say" if you put that offer back through I will accept it " in a very understanding tone. And so I did thankfull for her compassion. When my purchase arrived it was packaged beautifully with ribbon around the main purchase but in my box was a surprise of extra Goody's you might say :) And that was an unexpected surprise that is very gracious on her part. Every message she sent to me was encouraging, thoughtful and compassionate. Many other sellers could learn from her. I look forward to shopping in her closet again. Not for what I can get out of her but just because she was kind and kindness goes a very long way.
