Hey hun I love everything I just wanted to let you know that the color workshop palette wasn’t in there and I’m trying to match up what was not sold already and what should have been in there (isn’t it ironic the one thing you’re looking forward to the most) but the way it was delivered I know it’s not on ur end I took pictures of the package before I opened it was ripped open almost all the way down the back side also the top looks like it was open they tore it and retapped it then probably used a little knife to slice the other end open so it looks like it was delivered and came in that condition unfortunately since this has happened to me and my customers before I called the post master generals office last year and I guess they get these complaints all the time but I absolutely don’t want something that you had no control over ruining ur ratings I would never take this out on a seller everything else is perfect I’m not sure but we’re all the palettes sampled/swatched/used because all are and if so then I read that and I bought it so there’s no problem but if you didn’t I’m not sure what should be done if we need to get Poshmark involved also did you get a notice that I received this last week? Because I kept getting weird messages to pick up my package at the post office I know that’s not how it’s done the only way would be if a postal employee scanned it as delivered then tried/took what they wanted and sent me emails to pick up the package since the address labels have email addresses Poshmark needs to change that part. I just wanted to make sure ur aware of what happened and of course do not blame you nor would I give you a lower rating because of what happened I don’t hold innocent people responsible for what others do. Sorry this is a novel but just needed to make sure you know everything also if you could let me know which palettes were swatched if any because if none were I believe it’s Poshmark that has to file the formal complaint since they provide the address label that’s what was done last time. Ughh that was hard to text all that.
