Hello!!! Thank you the bag is gorgeous!! As mentioned though the post office has been killing packages. The box came ripped open and bag was not protected at all there is a scratch that I know you did not do. So please take advice and protect your items in the box when you ship. Thank you so so much for suck a pretty bag!!
