Great communicator & helpful. Slow shipping but she did also warn me it would be & kept me posted. Zippers on boots are kinda stiff, hopefully just the cold temps, but otherwise in great shape. Some undisclosed rust/discoloration on chains but I don’t really care. No complaints, thank you!
