I hate giving these ratings. We are buying items at such a discounted price, I wonder if our expectations should also match. Personally, the shoes are fine. The seller shipped quickly. Price was great. I would have appreciated knowing about the scratches on the buckles. I still would have purchased for the price. I hate it when buyers give low stars when they have bought a great item for $20. I hope this makes sense.
