Teresa was very responsive and sent out the dress I ordered right away. There was an issue with the packaging and she followed up with both me and Customer Service. *Edited Rating* after Teresa consulted customer service, I was reimbursed for the additional shipping charges that I incurred. I appreciated her persistent in making sure everything was taken care of and will definitely shop her closet again!
