Seller stated that item was new with tags; however, the tag wasn't attached to the sweatpants. The tag was just throw into the package with the sweatpants, so I'm not sure if they're new or not. They appear new and were a great price, so for that 5 stars! Shipping was fast as well! Thank you!!!
