I received the coat today. It arrived in like new condition, just as described. They were prompt responding to questions. They took the time to measure the sleeves when I asked. They were very descriptive when saying their measurements started right at the seam. Which was so helpful when measuring the sleeves on my old coat to know if this coat would fit. All the extra measuring paid off, the coat is a perfect fit!
