I absolutely love this makeup bag....seller was extremely responsive to any and all requests & questions!! I had one arrive damaged and she immediately rectified the situation even wanted to replace it AND give me refund!!! I do not want the money back I refuse to not let her get her money since she made sure to send out a new one on her own dime shipping included and in time for my trip! Highly recommend her she has the cutest stuff as well!!
