Item recieved was actually a laptop tote backpack and not a tote backpack. I dont mind, but not what was described in the listing, and those are two different products on Portland Leather Goods. Also, the hardware looked tarnished on the straps. The bag was in excellent condition otherwise. Maybe it was storage? Was as not in the pictures as well. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the order.
