I would give more stars if available. thevelvetshoppe was a pleasure to deal with. I had some questions prior to this purchase and she helped me with them very kindly. When the package arrived, it was neatly packaged with care. I couldn't help thinking when was the last time I ordered something online, and the service was better than an expensive department store? That is how this was. Not to mention the sweater itself exceeded my expectations. It looks like new and is warmer than I expected which will be perfect for an upcoming trip.
