Seller did state used but unfortunately it was cared for against the the tag instructions. No way seller can be blamed as it could have happened anywhere in its nearly 20yrs of use. That's Patagonia products. Here forever. Just please don't use heat on synthetics! This Seller packed my purchase well and shipped within their time line. No over powering smells. Definitely a thrift closet to visit and purchase from. Good solid sale. Happy with my workout walking vest!
