Seller was very communicative and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, it went to my daughter's PO Box while she had the flu and was unable to retrieve it for several weeks. After we finally received the item we realized the shoes were a wide size and that had not been disclosed in the listing or pictures. Therefore, they are far too big and will have to be resold or donated. Wish we had caught the issue sooner.
