They were a lovely shoe. However they were purchased for an event with ample time to arrive. We waited, and waited, then were about to cancel-and exactly two hours before the cut off time- they shipped. We appreciate the item. But the amount of time, and zero communication from the seller, we no longer needed the item once it arrived. God bless
