Overall happy with the purchase as the item received is authentic. I did rate it five stars. However, the Labubu should have been packaged inside a box rather than just a bubble mailer. Unfortunately, the Labubu box arrived damaged, almost crushed. Hopefully, Toffee himself is unharmed—I won’t know for sure until my daughter opens it on her birthday in a few weeks.
