In searching for a replacement for my current backpack, I found the exact one I've used for several years in a different color. I was surprised at the reasonable price and made the purchase. The person I purchased it from reached out when they realized shipping was delayed and communicated with me through the entire process. When it arrived, the backpack was in pristine condition as if it had never been used, though my original one I bought in 2021. The padding was still intact in the shoulder straps and absolutely nothing was stretched out or worn down, I am absolutely ecstatic for this purchase. I am grateful for the close communication I received through the process!
