Thanks Tracy! Tracy promptly shipped the order after purchase. It was packed very thoroughly (it is an electronic) and arrived exactly as described/pictured with all the accessories indicated. We charged it overnight and powered it up. Everything loads/works perfectly! My daughter will be thrilled when she opens her new DS on her birthday!
